Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026

1. Who we are

Liaison Logic (“Liaison Logic,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-powered phone answering and appointment-scheduling service to independent auto repair shops and dealership service departments (“Shops”) in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when we answer calls placed to a Shop’s phone line.

2. Information we collect

When you call a Shop that uses Liaison Logic, we may collect: your phone number (via caller ID), your name, vehicle information (make, model, year, and reported issue), the audio recording and transcript of the call, appointment details you provide, and any messages you leave for the Shop. We do not knowingly collect payment card information over the phone.

3. How call recordings are used

Calls are recorded and transcribed so our AI system can answer your questions, check appointment availability, log your request accurately, and hand off details to Shop staff. Recordings and transcripts may also be reviewed by Liaison Logic personnel or automated systems for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and to train and improve our AI models. Recordings are shared only with the Shop you called and with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and telephony providers), all bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell call recordings or transcripts to third parties.

4. AI disclosure

At the start of every call, callers are informed they are speaking with an automated AI assistant, not a human, and that the call may be recorded. This disclosure is provided consistent with call-recording and automated-communication consent requirements in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and Delaware. If you do not wish to continue after hearing this disclosure, you may request to leave a message or hang up and contact the Shop directly.

5. Data retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and caller-provided information for as long as reasonably necessary to support the Shop’s operations, resolve disputes, and meet legal or regulatory obligations — generally no longer than 24 months from the date of the call, unless the Shop or applicable law requires a longer period. After that period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights as a caller

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of having your call recording used for AI training purposes. To exercise these rights, email privacy@liaisonlogicai.com or contact the Shop you called directly, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and vendor due diligence to protect caller information. No system is completely secure, and we encourage callers to avoid sharing highly sensitive information (such as full payment card numbers) over the phone.
